Development
Sensible Locums is committed to the Continued Professional Development(CPD) of our candidates and to this end we offer CPD Allowance.
Sensible Locums CPD Allowance Scheme
The structure we offer is based on an accrued hourly structure, this allows candidates to receive more money towards courses the more hours they work.

| 500 | £50 |
| 1000 | £100 |
| 1500 | £150 |
The way it works is quite simple, when you have worked 500 hours your allowance is £50, if you have chosen not to spend the £50 and have accrued 1000 hours then you have an additional £100 allowance, therefore overall you have up to £150 spend on CPD. This means if you have reached 1500 hours you have reached the full year allowance which accumulates to £300 (£50+£100+£150).
Conditions to this scheme:
1.The allowance is a reimbursement of a course or seminar you have completed and paid for whilst working for Sensible Locums.
2.Sensible Locums must receive a receipt and certificate of completion for reimbursement.
3.The allowance can only be requested if you are still working for Sensible Locums at time of completion
4.From the 1st of January every year accrued hours will reset to zero, therefore Sensible Locums need all confirmations before that date.
